Born in Milan, Lombardy, 1955. After studying at the Umanitaria School in Milan under Albe Steiner, he started collaborating with Giulio Citrate. In 1976 he joined his brother Armando with whom he founded Milani Design with offices in Milan and New York. He worked for important clients including Cordons, Euroswiss Banking Group, and the Hospital of Niguarda. He taught at the Accademia di Comunicazione, IED, Politecnico, and the Umanitaria School.
